Getting started
Is Forms Pro made by Google?
No. Forms Pro is an independent third-party client for Google Forms, built by URSIX. We use Google's public Forms API to read and write your forms — we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.
What can I actually do in the app?
Create new forms, edit existing forms (all question types, sections, settings), view responses with auto-generated summaries and charts, get push notifications when responses come in, and share forms via link or message.
Do I need an existing Google account?
Yes. Forms Pro signs in with your Google account and works with the forms in your Drive.
Which devices does it work on?
Forms Pro is currently iPhone-only. iPad and Android support are planned for the future.
Account & sign-in
Can I use multiple Google accounts?
Yes — add as many as you like and switch between them from Settings. Each account keeps its own forms, responses, and notification preferences.
How do I sign out?
In the app: Settings → Accounts → tap your account → Sign out. That removes the account from this device. If you also want to remove Forms Pro's access from your Google account entirely, visit myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Privacy & data
Where is my form data stored?
In your Google account. Forms Pro reads and writes Forms via Google's API. We don't copy your form data to our servers, and we don't run analytics on your responses.
What do you collect?
What we need to run the app, support you, and keep your subscription working:
- Your Google account info (name, email, profile photo) and the OAuth token Google issues so the app can read and write your forms on your behalf.
- Basic device + usage signals linked to your account — which features get used, whether the app crashed, how it performed — so we can fix bugs and improve the product.
- Notification preferences and tokens if you turn on form watching, so we can let you know about new responses.
- Subscription status, handled by our payments processor.
What we don't touch: your questions, responses, or anything else on your device — that stays in your Google account. Forms data follows Google's Limited Use rules: never sold, shared, or used to train AI. Full details.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your subscription record and revokes our OAuth token. Your Google Forms themselves remain in your Google account, untouched.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in Apple Subscriptions or Google Play first — deleting the account does not stop the subscription, and it will keep renewing.
Billing
How much does it cost?
Forms Pro starts with a free 7-day trial. After that, a subscription unlocks unlimited forms and notifications. Current pricing is shown in the App Store at checkout.
How do I cancel?
Apple manages all subscriptions: iPhone Settings → your name at top → Subscriptions → Forms Pro → Cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the period ends.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds go through Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We don't process payments directly so we can't issue refunds on our end.
I lost my subscription after reinstalling — how do I get it back?
Open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. The paywall also has a Restore Purchases button. As long as you sign in with the same App Store or Google Play account that bought the subscription, your access will be restored.
How do I change my plan (monthly ↔ annual)?
Inside the app, go to Settings → Account → Change Membership. The paywall opens and shows your current plans. Switching plans is handled by the App Store or Google Play.
Troubleshooting
My notifications are not working.
Check three things: (1) iOS Settings → Notifications → Forms Pro is allowed; (2) in-app Settings → Notifications → the specific form is toggled on; (3) you're signed in with the same Google account that owns the form.
The app crashed.
Reopen the app and try again — crash details are sent to us automatically so we can investigate. If it keeps happening, email me with what you were doing when it crashed and any error message you saw. Screenshots help.
Can I use the app offline?
You can browse forms you've already opened and read help content offline. Creating, editing, and viewing responses needs an internet connection — those resume automatically once you're back online.
